1. Ramone
He runs a tattoo parlor and is ready to repaint and tune any car, regardless of age, model, and religion. Like any real artist, it is hard for Ramon not to create, and since there have been no visitors in the city for a long time, he repainted himself every day (or more often). But with the arrival of Lightning, everything changed, and now Ramon has many visitors. He has a wife, Flo.

2. Sheriff
a special police car, it has everything a real policeman needs: flashing lights, siren, police radio, and gold stripes on the side. Like all cops, she loves donuts.
He maintains law and order at Radiator Springs, and he does so with zeal and responsibility. Sheriff loves to tell everyone stories about his Home Road and ambush violators who exceed the speed.

3. Sergeant Sarge
every morning starts with the national anthem. If Sergeant is not busy in his army shop, he can be found in the backyard, where he is improving a special obstacle course for new recruits, or swearing with obnoxious neighbor Fillmore, a licentious bummer, which the Sergeant considers him to be. Sometimes these arguments can drive an old soldier to white heat, but in truth, Sergeant understands that his life becomes more interesting with Fillmore.

4. Fillmore
He makes fuel himself from plants grown in his backyard, and will always gladly treat them to a visiting traveler. His multiple conspiracy theories and the fact that he keeps his garage in a “natural” state of disrepair infuriates his neighbor, a military jeep named Sergeant.
5. Flo
incorruptible mistress of a gas station. Contains cafe “Eight” – the best cafe on Route 66.
With the arrival of Lightning, famous cars began to drop in, and even two of his fans (Mia and Tia) settled down in her cafe as waitresses. Flo is very grateful to McQueen and therefore in her cafe, he is a welcome guest. Flo loves it when everyone gathers in her cafe in the evening and tells horror stories

6 Luigi
contains the best (and only) tire store in Radiator Springs – Tire de Rezini Tower. A big fan of the Ferrari team, this open and good-natured little car, with its positive attitude, gives its customers much more than just a new set of tires. Luigi is very proud of his acquaintance with Lightning – a real racing car.

7. Guido
miniature loader, Luigi’s best friend. Guido is Italian, like Luigi, but unlike him, he doesn’t speak a word of English! (in Russian, even more so)

8 Lizzie
weird old lady. She is the wife of Stanley, the founder of the town, whose monument is the only one in Radiator Springs. Lizzie is deaf and talks to herself. She also collects stickers.

9. Hose (Red)
He loves vegetation, and therefore was offended at McQueen, but that he ditched his flowers. Now that he saw that the first impression was deceiving, he changed his views about Lightning. Hardly anything immediately rushes into tears. very vulnerable.
